All equipment is provided including recreational touring kayaks. 
A qualified British Canoe Union Instructor guides you throughout the tour with expert tuition, health and safety briefing and knowledge and history of the tour environment.

Recreational touring kayaks are very stable and forgiving, preventing you from getting wet in the water.  A moderate level of exercise is required for the duration of your tour.
Being able to swim 20 metres and having a reasonable level of balance is necessary.
Kayaking is very safe and lots of fun but the Instructors guidance must be followed throughout. Rolling out of the kayak is not a skill required on our tours. 

For the Tidal Thames at Tower Bridge tuition can be arranged either one-to-one or in a group.
The aim of all our Tours is that beginners can enjoy the tour without previous kayaking skills. Our qualified instructor guides you throughout the Tour allowing you to enjoy a novel kayak tour in or around London.

Tour Prices from £59 per person Monday to Sunday for all Hampton Court Tours. Regents Canal Tours from £74.99 per person 7 days a week,

In line with the British Canoe Union we use the concept of Paddle-Ability, that is; what you can do, not what you cannot do. If you have a disability or a member of your group is disabled and you would like to organise a trip please ask Thames River Adventures staff who are very experienced in these areas and would be able to advise you appropriately.
